The inspiration for this glass chain came while reading Ex Libris Obscura : 6 Dark Academia Inspired Patterns For Shuttle, by Sparrow Kelley:
One of the book's six patterns is a glass chain. However, the tatting used in her glass chain is different, is a diamond shaped tatting (lozenge). I chose to make some small flowers instead of the diamond, and I liked the result. The black flower has four petals, and the pink one has five (it looks like a cherry blossom).
